Service Agreement

1. Services: Alex Ramirez Photography (referred to as the "Photographer") agrees to provide photography services (the "Services") as described in the provided quote or invoice (the "Quote") to the recipient (the "Client").

2. Ownership of Images: The Photographer retains all copyrights and ownership rights to the images captured during the photography service. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal purposes only. The Client shall not reproduce, distribute, or sell the images for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Photographer. The Photographer retains the right to use any image for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes related to its business.

3. Payment Terms: The Client agrees to pay the total amount specified in the Quote for the Services. Payment is due in accordance with the terms outlined in the Quote. Late payments may be subject to late fees as specified in the Quote.

4. Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, the Client agrees to provide Alex Ramirez Photography with at least five days' notice. Cancellations made within this notice period may be subject to cancellation fees as specified in the Quote.

5. Delivery Timeline: The Photographer will make best efforts to deliver the final photographs or any other deliverables within 30 days after the completion of the photography service, unless otherwise stated in the Quote.

6. Additional Charges: The Client acknowledges that additional charges may apply for services or expenses beyond the scope of the original agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, overtime, special requests, travel expenses, or unforeseen circumstances. The Photographer will communicate any additional charges to the Client in advance, and explicit consent will be obtained before incurring these charges. The Client agrees to pay any additional charges within 30 days of receipt of the invoice for these additional services or expenses.

7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.

8. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Photographer and the Client and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Photography Services Agreement as of the Effective Date.

By submitting payment for the received invoice, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined here in the Photography Services Agreement.
